Make sure your bin is:Out and accessible for our collection team.In the agreed collection location.Ready before your scheduled collection.Not overloaded and able to be safely emptied.Then we'll take care of the rest.

Can I put extra bags next to my bin?

Mr Binman plans cover the collection of your wheelie bin only.
Extra bags are charged at £3 each

What can I put in my bin?

Accepted Answer

Your Mr Binman bin is intended for normal household/general waste unless we've agreed otherwise.
Certain waste can't be placed in a standard wheelie bin, including hazardous waste, liquids, hot materials, batteries, gas bottles and other items requiring specialist disposal.
If you're unsure about something, contact us before putting it in the bin.

What happens if I forget to put my bin out?

Because Mr Binman operates scheduled routes, it's important that your bin is available when our collection vehicle arrives.
If the bin isn't accessible when we attend, we may not be able to return until your next scheduled collection.

What happens on Bank Holidays or Christmas?

We will provide your scheduled collection dates, including any changes that apply around holidays.
Always follow the collection calendar supplied by Mr Binman rather than assuming your usual collection day will remain unchanged.

Christmas and Bank holidays usually have a 1 week notice but keep upto date with our socials

Yes — contact us if your circumstances change and you need more frequent collections.We'll let you know when the new schedule and monthly price can begin.

Pontypridd, Aberdare, Cardiff, Bridgend, Caerphilly and Merthyr Tydfil.
Coverage depends on our collection routes, so enter your postcode or contact us to check whether Mr Binman currently operates in your area.

If your postcode isn't currently covered, you can still contact us and we'll let you know whether we're due to expand into your area.

Pro Clear Waste Services offers a broader and more flexible service, including additional bin sizes, different collection arrangements, SMS reminders and other waste-management services.
If you simply want “put the bin out and have it emptied”, Mr Binman is probably for you.
